  19. I love nuts. Peanuts, almonds, walnuts, and pistachios we love them all. We also eat a lot of dried fruits, popcorn, yogurt, gelatin, and also lots of raw veggies.

  20. Apples and almond butter…although perhaps the almond butter isn’t all that healthy. Next best are fresh tomatoes, diced cheese stick and a few cilantro leaves.

      I think almond butter is SUPER healthy, especially organic! Tons of protein.. Everything in moderation, right?

    fruit smoothies, popcorn with herbs and trail mix are a few faves. Oh, how could I leave this out — frozen bananas covered in dark chocolate!

  23. Roasted chickpeas if I want a crunchy snack and watermelon if I need refreshing.

  24. corn popped in coconut oil and sprinkled with a curry powder, stevia, himalayan pink crystals, smoked paprika blend.

  25. Homemade garlic Hummus and celery sticks!! and I share it with one of my cats. She likes the hummus plain before I put in garlic, so I make a dish for her like that. She will lick on it for several hours. It’s so funny. She also likes sprouts, romaine lettuce, lentil soup. And, baby asparagus is her “expensive” taste in greens! Ha!

      In LA it’s still 100 degrees (thank you global warming) so we’ve been keeping organic grapes in the freezer. Delicious and so refreshing!
